Trisha Dearborn

Chief People Officer

Under Trisha’s guidance, BDG attracts and develops the best talent in the digital media industry. She leads the efforts for talent management and recruitment, while developing strategic HR plans and policies to support organizational effectiveness.

Prior to BDG, Dearborn was the Director of Human Resources at AOL. She previously worked at Time Warner Cable Media and Merrill Lynch.

She is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland and holds an M.A. in Human Resources Development from New York University.
